Return Information

Return Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. We will not accept returns of opened, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns that are missing original tags, labels, or packaging.

Eligible Returns
Return items must be in resalable condition, and in original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/or labels. 

Shipping Fee
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. We are human! In the event that we ship you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.

Misc. Return Information
Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.

Please contact us with any questions regarding your specific order, return, or warranty issue. We are happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  

Next contact your bank, it often takes 3-5 business days once a refund is processed to reflect in your bank account. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Final Sale items
Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
